The Twelve Step Facilitation Program is designed for individual therapy sessions, as well as, group treatment. It can be used for clients who have never been exposed to a Twelve Step program as well as those who have already been in previous treatment or have had voluntary involvement in 12 step programs.

Anger Management: The goal of Anger Management is to reduce the emotional and physical effects anger has on your life and the lives of those around you.  Anger is a normal emotion that we all have from time to time and it cannot be avoided.   You can explore and change how you express anger, and even change the way you respond when angry.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Group: The goal of the Medication Assisted Treatment group is to provide a supportive place for those utilizing various types of medications in the treatment of their substance dependence.  Many times individuals don’t have a place to discuss the recovery process while being open and honest about being on medications, in this group you can.

Being on MAT and attending 12 step meetings, coping with the views of friends and family, reducing stigma, myths of being on MAT, when to stay and when to stop MAT, among other topics to be covered.
